Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Foldrise (the "Service"), an AI photography platform for clothing brands. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure.

2. Credits & payments

  • The Service runs on credits. One credit generates one image; some shots may use more, as shown before you generate.
  • Credits come with a monthly or yearly subscription plan, or as one-time top-up packs bought alongside an active plan. Plan credits are valid for 90 days from the day they are added; top-up credits are valid for 12 months; the free trial credit does not expire.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Payments are handled by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details.
  • Because credits deliver a digital service immediately, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Credits are only charged for shots that succeed; a failed generation is automatically refunded.

3. Acceptable use

Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. You may not use Foldrise to generate NSFW, explicit, or sexually suggestive content, to impersonate anyone, or to use a person's likeness without their consent.

4. Your content & rights

You keep all rights to the images you upload and to the images you generate. You grant us a limited licence to process and store your content only as needed to provide the Service. You confirm you hold the rights and consents for everything you upload.

5. Availability & disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". AI-generated results vary and may not be perfect; you are responsible for reviewing images before you publish or use them. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Foldrise is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Changes & contact
