Foldrise is an AI photography platform for clothing and fashion brands. It exists to help sellers create professional catalog and campaign imagery of their own products. This policy explains what is and is not allowed. By using Foldrise you agree to follow it.

Permitted use

• Creating on-model or product images of garments and products you sell or are authorized to market.
• Uploading a photo of yourself, or of a person who has given you explicit permission to use their likeness (for example, a model you have hired).
• Using the generated images for your own store listings, catalogs, advertising, and marketing.

Consent requirement

By uploading a photo of a person, you confirm that you are that person or that you have obtained their explicit consent and hold the legal right to use their likeness for the images you generate. You are responsible for the rights to every image you upload.

Prohibited use

You must not use Foldrise to:

• Upload or generate images of any person without their consent.
• Impersonate anyone, or create images intended to deceive about a person's identity.
• Depict public figures, celebrities, or any individual whose likeness you do not have the right to use.
• Depict minors (anyone under 18) in any uploaded or generated image.
• Create nudity, sexual, or otherwise explicit or NSFW content.
• Create hateful, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
• Create misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content, or content that misrepresents a product.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Break any applicable law, or attempt to bypass or abuse our safety systems.

Enforcement

We may review, remove, or restrict content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice. We may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. If you see misuse, contact us at support@foldrise.ai.
