This policy explains what Foldrise collects, how we use it, and your choices. We collect only what we need to run the Service.

Information we collect

• Account: your email and name (via your sign-in provider).
• Images you upload: garment/product photos and the model photo you provide, used to generate your requested images.
• Generated images & settings: the results and the options you chose (pose, background, ratio). We do not store your uploaded face photo in our database.
• Payments: handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of a purchase but never see or store your card details.
• Technical data: basic logs needed for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To generate the images you request and show your gallery.
• To manage your account, credits, and support requests.
• For security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

We use uploaded photos only to produce the images you ask for. We do not use them to identify people, build facial-recognition profiles, sell data, or for advertising.

Service providers

We share data with vendors strictly to operate the Service:

• Cloud AI infrastructure provider — image generation and image storage
• MongoDB Atlas — database
• Whop — payment processing (card details are entered on Whop's secure checkout and never reach our servers)
• Resend — transactional email
• Google — sign-in
• Vercel — hosting

We do not sell your personal data.

Retention & your rights

We keep your account data and generated images while your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your gallery and personal data, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Children

The Service is not for anyone under 18, and is not intended to process images of minors.
